Spinal stenosis and abnormal walking gait? - stenosis disk bulges
My husband was injured a year ago. He has spinal stenosis, bulging discs, nerve damage, etc., etc. However, it is not in pain, but often feel strong. Could not Stand a year ago and Wen T, to a walker and then a cane. Now walk without assistance. He went to physical therapy for more than 6 months to get where he is today. Always in the gym and do stretching exercises at home. Two neurosurgeons said the operation could help spinal stenosis, but no weakness. Your muscles are the exercises that you do not strengthened. However, if you walk, walk from one side to another - like a duck. The specialist of the spine to do the practical exercises in order to resolve this problem, but I see no improvement. Will you ever be able to walk normally, or is it somethingg it comes to live. Any suggestions would be appreciated

I do not know despair. Seems so long and is really going on for some time takes to overcome the weakness. So I continue to exercise and specific exercises that the doctor suggested, then see where it goes from there. The fact that progress made in one year, I am sure there is enough to earn a little more strength, and I think it will be able to walk normally. I mean, there is a chance to be improved, but I was just 6 months. Good luck!
