A trust agreement is usually written in a way that an administrator for the trust property (assets and accounts can access). They do not give the administrator the right to personal property. A director must act in the best interest of the beneficiaries of the trust. You need to get a lawyer if you think the President is that violate the terms of the contract or trust or against the interests of the beneficiaries of the trust.
