How much notice do I give? (1 year emplyment, UK)? - how much notice must i give a job
I was working on a CD and DVD shop for almost a year and a half and I am delighted to find myself on a new job. So I went to the account as I give my current employer, when I say over the Internet, you would if you worked somewhere for less than 1 year, then call 1 weeks notice you when you worked there 2 years 2 weeks, then continue to add one week for each full year of work (eg 3 years - 3 weeks notice, 9 to 9 weeks Reviews and so forth). However, looking at the official manual for my employees, who said, "more than 13 weeks but less than 5 years - 4 weeks) to staff communication.
This is very different from what IRead in several places. How can I participate? "1 weeks notice if you have worked less than 2 years" only applies if the employee does not report its own standards of information differently? Either I shall meet the requirements of my staff, regardless of government / power outage? I'm just afraid that my current employer is aware that "deceived the eyes of its employees on the grounds that a company is legitimate and standard should be maintained, whereas in reality the law does not.
Thank you.
