I know what you're saying, but it's a bit complicated, because the ideal meal plans created by a nutritionist / diabetes educator specifically for you. It also has a little education, food to eat not only "a sandwich for lunch." I list what looks like my diet. I'm at 2,000 calories, and I'm pregnant, but basically, by eating more vegetables and reduce some of the carbohydrates have the right calories and is more suitable for pregnant women not to eat:

Breakfast:
Strength 1-2
1 egg white
1 Fat

Snack:
1 Intensity
1 egg white

Lunch:
2 Intensity
1 fruit
1 Veggie
3 proteins
1 Fat

Snack:
1 fruit
1 egg white
Milk 1

Dinner:
3 Strength
2 vegetable
3-5 proteins
2 FAT

Snack:
Milk 1
1 piece of fruit or starch
1 protein and fat

The trick is to know how. The strengths are wholemeal bread, lots of carbs low glycemic index, which corresponds to 15 grams of carbohydrates. Fruit is also 15 grams of carbohydrates.Part 7g protein-protein and milk would be 15 grams carbohydrate.

No, none of this is true. There are no diet "diabetes" because it is the old way of thinking and ignorant. And you have to cut sugar, which is almost impossible. Our bodies do not treat all the same way carbohydrates, or sugar. Whether you are on food, which are given in a particular area of carbohydrates, which should have been with her to eat from her doctor. You can eat anything in this field, for example, 35g carbs.

The type of meal plans that you think are likely to be found in some older pages, just watch "meal plans for diabetics.
