I would like a small suitcase on wheels, which are transported in the cabin as hand luggage to buy. Ideally, a shop near the downtown / CBD.

While there will no shortage of places they have, you get a better deal if you are buying. I speak as little as $ 25 for a game with wheel, as you describe.
