I must change my gear in my 55hp Mariner outboard engines, it is easy to replace? and nobody knows where I can give guidance on how to perform online.

Freedom of information is to be paid to the general.
Check out these links for a chart, but you have to buy a service manual - the information in any publication that is not copyright free. Since it describes at least three different versions, the field will be much safer with a detailed manual, are the various aspects and unique for each type and variants.

Good luck - the work is not difficult - but not professionally, without starting the manual - if you are just speculation and hope that somehow all comes together.
